ONCE THE LUMBER MAKES IT THROUGH QUALITY CONTROL and into our state-of-the-art mill room,
it enters a customized process that transforms the cold, stark wood into an individual work of art.
Our new millroom facility represents the culmination of countless, painstaking hours of production flow analysis and various engineering layouts.
This facility provides employees with a comfortable and safe workplace, which in turn translates
into increased work quality and production efficiency for our company.
Our millroom is equipped with all of the standard equipment you would expect to find in a woodworking facility of our size.
However, along with our turning lathes and drill presses we also have two large Shoda twin table CNC routers and a new Grecon-Dimter optimizing cut off saw.
We also have two new Taylor robotic glue clamp carriers and an RFS radio frequency glue press capable of producing a 10" wood square.
We believe that the only way to stay competitive with the foreign market is to make full use of the latest technology available in our industry.
