ONLY THE RAW WOOD PARTS THAT MEET OUR STRICT QUALITY STANDARDS make the journey to our finishing room, newly renovated and greatly expanded in '04.
Parts are then stained and finished to conform to our customers exact specifications.
During the finishing process, part color is checked repeatedly against certified color panels at each step, to make sure that it meets our customers' requirements.
Parts are then dried with conveyorized, computer-controlled drying ovens, utilizing steam generated from our own wood fired boilers, to ensure the highest wood finish possible.
Although each part has already undergone thorough inspection during every phase of the production process, the final product is checked, once again, before it is packaged and shipped.
And that is how we ensure that only the highest quality wood parts leave our facility.
